Question:
How do I search and download Landsat scenes?

Answer:

All descending (daytime) and ascending (nighttime) Landsat scenes archived at the USGS Ground Stations can be searched and downloaded through Earth Explorer (EE). The GloVis website is browse-based, so only archived scenes acquired in the descending (daytime) node are available. Details regarding searches for ascending (nighttime) scenes can be found in this FAQ.

Landsat scenes collected by locations within the International Ground Stations (IGS) Network may be available only from the particular station from which the scene was collected.
