Data Access
There are several ways to search for and order Landsat satellite data:
GloVis
The USGS Global Visualization Viewer (GloVis) is a browse-based search and order tool for selected satellite data products.
EarthExplorer
Earth Explorer is a search and order tool for satellite products, aerial photographic and mapping cartographic data products.
Landsat International Ground Stations (IGS) Network
Landsat satellites have collected scenes for locations outside the U.S. that are not archived or distributed by the USGS EROS. These scenes must be purchased directly from the Stations. Data prices, formats, and/or processing options may vary according to the data provider.
Satellite Data Business Partners
The Business Partner Program is composed of a network of private sector organizations that distribute U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) products. By engaging the private sector, State and local government, and academic and nonprofit organizations in product dissemination, the USGS expects to increase the availability of its products to end users, locate customer service closer to the user, and provide cost savings to the Federal Government.
